Why should you join one of Dr. Hegillman's Natural Movement Therapy Classes?

Natural Movement Therapy by Dr. Hegillman utilizes the techniques of Sotai Hō, Medical Qi Gong, and Tai Chi to bring you an amazing recovery system for your body. Relaxing, simple and easily modified for all types of movers (or non-movers) this class can help you bring your body back to its natural alignment and ease mental and physical distress.

Join Dr. Hegillman in her Natural Movement Therapy Class designed using gentle movements and simple breathing techniques, to help alleviate mental and physical ailments. This class combines the ancient techniques and movements of Medical Qi Gong, Sotai Ho and Tai Chi and is suitable for ages 12 to 99.

Extended Treatment ( 1 hour and 15 minutes) will be $125.00
Extended Plus Treatment (1 hour and 30 minutes) will be $145.00
and Classic Length Treatment (1 hour) will remain the same price at $105.00
